Our first proper Lemon Verbena / Verveine / Cedrón Harvest!

21 bushes are ready to be harvested and we started to pick and dry leaves for some trial bags.

This (medical) herb has an incredible citric taste and is mainly used as a digestive tea – it helps to calm down and to dive into recovering sleep. Its citric aromatic extract is often used in cosmetics as well. The fresh leaves are also used for their lemony flavor in salads, fish or poultry dishes, herb butters or pastries.

Lemon Verbena is native to South America, specifically Argentina, Peru and Chile.

Forestation Update

Since 2021, we have planted 2,700 trees. All of them come from stakes grown at our own tree nursery.

Every planted tree is a gift. More shade. More underground life. More flying life around. More nutrients replenished. More carbon captured. More clean air.

Regenerating Our Future – Cultivating the Soil and Our Community

We recently enjoyed a wonderful day of professional growth with Hunter CEPT N°10 students, exploring how regenerative farming practices can transform ecosystems.

Moments of knowledge exchange like these lie at the core of what we stand for.

Livestock Project Update

The livestock project is an integral part of our overall Holistic Management System.

Here, the animals live on their pasture, being moved to new parcels on a daily basis. We try to imitate their natural habitat and encourage their natural behavior. In a landscape where they can freely walk and eat a well-balanced pasture mix, open-air, all year round.

Hives Introduction

We recently introduced bee hives from where we get the richest honey! Besides this – and among other benefits – they promote the growth and reproduction of our plants through the pollination process.
