Since 2021, we have planted 2,700 trees. All of them come from stakes grown at our own tree nursery.
Every planted tree is a gift. More shade. More underground life. More flying life around. More nutrients replenished. More carbon captured. More clean air.
We recently enjoyed a wonderful day of professional growth with Hunter CEPT N°10 students, exploring how regenerative farming practices can transform ecosystems.
Moments of knowledge exchange like these lie at the core of what we stand for.
The livestock project is an integral part of our overall Holistic Management System.
Here, the animals live on their pasture, being moved to new parcels on a daily basis. We try to imitate their natural habitat and encourage their natural behavior. In a landscape where they can freely walk and eat a well-balanced pasture mix, open-air, all year round.
21 bushes are ready to be harvested and we started to pick and dry leaves for some trial bags.
We recently introduced bee hives from where we get the richest honey! Besides this – and among other benefits – they promote the growth and reproduction of our plants through the pollination process.
Regenerative Agriculture – Rolling Hairy Vetch for Late Corn to Be Sown Soon
Cover crops (barley in this case) are being rolled over just before the seeds are fully grown.
Meanwhile, we are having 420 young steers on our farm as a Regenerative necessity for the soil and a diversification of income through meat production.
A few weeks ago, the agricultural team of the German Embassy / Buenos Aires visited us.
Our roosters seek shelter in this tree, climbing up the ladder.
Look, how the young steers have grown up – thanks to the help of the great livestock team and the multi species pasture!
This season, we already planted 350 of 600 new trees from our own tree nursery as part of our new keyline design structure.
Here they are – our (up to now) 195 beautiful young steers: Black and Red Aberdeen Angus, and a few cross breeds Angus x Hereford (white blazed).
Two beautiful horses (Criollo crossbreeds) from our neighbor farm are about to join our team!
