Now is the moment for us to create this new position, because La Delia Verde’s transition to Regenerative Agriculture is almost complete and we want to exchange knowledge and attract new partners for a collaborative future. We are looking for someone who will take on a key role in internal communication between all branches of the company and lead the external communication with existing and potential partners or agents, also internationally and on relevant digital platforms.
We expect our Head of Marketing to follow the actual farming operation closely in order to be able to communicate our processes and vision with a deep understanding to the wider Regenerative Market.
As Head of Network Strategy you would not only be in charge of expanding our network, you would also be involved in developing products, gain certifications, manage direct sales and support directors and public events.

• Degree with focus on agronomy, economics, marketing or similar
• Familiar with Regenerative Agriculture and its market
• Based preferably in Pergamino or Rojas (max. Buenos Aires or up to 250 km radius from the farm)
• Min. one day per week on-site (accommodation provided)
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent digital skills
• 2+ years relevant work experience
• Independent, structured, agile and creative work method
